Exceptions to Our Return Policy

There are certain products that are not eligible for return due to health, safety, or customization considerations, including perishable items, bespoke or personalized items, and personal care products. Note that items purchased on sale, promotional items, and gift cards are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or refund.
