Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days, and we provide shipping to all urban and regional areas across Australia, most metropolitan areas in major cities can expect delivery within 2 to 4 business days. Currently, international shipping is not available.

Please be aware that dispatch and delivery schedules may be influenced by stock availability, public holidays, and peak seasons, such as Christmas and Easter. Delivery times to different destinations may vary according to location and selected shipping options. Should there be any delays in dispatching your order, we will promptly notify you of the status and the expected timeframe.

At Pet Easy, we utilize courier services for the delivery of your orders; thus, a valid residential or business address is required. Please note that we CANNOT ship to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, or Parcel Lockers. Our courier services operate without a fixed delivery schedule, but you can expect your order to arrive on weekdays between Monday and Friday, typically within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm.

When you place an order, it’s important to leave detailed instructions for the courier in case you’re not at home. Couriers exercise their own judgment in determining whether it’s safe to leave a parcel at the designated spot without a signature. The decision to leave your package unattended is made based on the security of the location and at the courier’s discretion.

Missed Delivery and Undeliverable Orders

If you’re not home when the courier attempts delivery, they will ensure you are notified. You may discover a notice card in your mailbox with collection information, receive an email update, or find new instructions on the tracking page, guiding you to reschedule the delivery or pick up your order from a nearby collection point.

If you fail to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel promptly, it will be returned to us. Should this occur, we will contact you to arrange another delivery. Please be aware that this will incur additional fees for returning the parcel to us and for reshipping it to you.

Alternatively, you can opt for a refund. The refund amount will be your order total minus the service fee for returning the package to us and the initial shipping cost to you. For more information or assistance, please feel free to contact us at peteasy.au@yahoo.com.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for closely monitoring your parcel and its tracking information. If the tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at peteasy.au@yahoo.com within 3 business days. Beyond three business days, our ability to assist may be limited, and any issues related to the non-receipt of the parcel will no longer be considered our responsibility.
